By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders, Pricing, and Inventory

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, Product availability, errors in Product description or pricing, inaccuracies in inventory, or issues identified by our payment and fraud detection processes. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and either cancel the order or provide you with the option to confirm the order at the correct price.

2. Product Descriptions and Variations

We strive to display the colors, patterns, and textures of our Products as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor calibration, photography techniques, and natural variations in textiles (such as the sheen of sateen or the slub of linen), the physical Product you receive may vary slightly from its on-screen image. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to carefully review all Product specifications—including dimensions (e.g., mattress depth, duvet size), material composition, and care instructions—before completing a purchase.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Title to and risk of loss for the Products passes to you upon our release of the shipment to the shipping carrier. Once a shipment is dispatched, we are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit, which are the responsibility of the carrier. Delivery times provided are estimates only.

4. 14-Day Comfort Guarantee & Return Policy

We offer a “14-Day Comfort Guarantee” for eligible returns.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unwashed, and in pristine condition, with all original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals (if applicable) intact and securely attached. For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of any items that have been removed from their packaging, slept on, washed, or show any signs of use, odors, stains, or pet hair.
• Final Sale Items: Due to intimate and hygienic nature, the following Products are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE: Pillows, Mattress Toppers, Mattress Protectors, and any personalized or monogrammed bedding. Returns for these items are only accepted if they arrive defective or not as described (see Section 5).
• Process: To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Service within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

5. Immediate Inspection for Defects

You must inspect all Products immediately upon delivery. If you discover a manufacturing defect (e.g., significant stitching flaws, material faults) or shipping damage, you must report it to our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Your report must include clear photographic evidence of both the defect/damage and the original packaging. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the denial of a replacement or refund for the claimed defect.

6. Refund Policy and Timelines

Upon receipt and quality inspection of your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Standard Refunds: All approved monetary refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days from the date our warehouse completes its inspection for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.
• PayPal Refunds: For refunds processed via PayPal, funds will typically appear in your PayPal account within 14 days. Please note: In certain jurisdictions, PayPal’s internal policies or local regulations may require a refund processing period of up to 30 days for PayPal transactions.

7. Product Care and Limited Warranty

You agree to follow the specific care instructions provided with each Product. We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper care, including but not limited to washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or dry cleaning contrary to the labelled instructions. Any manufacturer warranties that may apply to specific Products are separate from these Terms and are provided by the manufacturer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid and deliverable shipping address.
