Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed and shipped within [Number] business days.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • For international orders, we utilize local warehouses in key regions for faster delivery. Returns must be sent to the designated local warehouse address provided upon return authorization. Returns shipped from outside the warehouse’s country are complex and require customer-managed logistics at the customer’s expense.
  • In areas with limited logistics tracking, a “Safe Delivery Confirmation” process applies. Once marked delivered, an auto-confirmation email is sent. Customers must report any non-receipt within 48 hours, or delivery will be confirmed.
  • For White Glove Delivery & Old Item Removal service (paid), delivery, setup, and removal are considered completed upon customer sign-off.

2. General Returns & Refunds Overview

  • We offer a 30-Day Unconditional Return Period for unused, unwashed items in original, resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For specific categories (e.g., mattresses, pillows), we offer an extended Trial Experience Period (e.g., 100 Nights). Please see Section 3 for detailed conditions.
  • The standard refund processing time is a minimum of 14 days after we receive the return. For payments processed via PayPal, refunds may take 14 to 30 days to appear in your account, depending on your region and PayPal’s policies.
  • Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund Value: The refund amount will be the lower of (a) the price you actually paid, or (b) the item’s current selling price at the time of return, especially for items purchased under dynamic pricing, flash sales, or early-bird discounts.
  • For Multi-Piece Sets returned partially, refunds are calculated based on individual retail prices of the kept items, which may result in a refund lower than the proportional cost paid for the set.

3. Category-Specific Return & Exchange Conditions

a) Hygiene Barriers & Returnable State
All returns must meet strict “Returnable State” criteria to ensure hygiene and safety. If any hygiene barrier is compromised, the item is only eligible for exchange (for the same item) or warranty review.

  • Sheets/Duvet Covers: Must be unopened in the original sealed packaging.
  • Pillows/Comforters: Must be unopened with the vacuum-sealed bag and outer plastic seal intact.
  • Mattress Toppers/Mattresses: The plastic protective wrap must not be removed.
  • Final Sale Items: All sales are final for: Clearance/Seasonal Storage Items, Factory Overstock/Minor Imperfect Items (sold with documented visual flaw disclosure), Display/Showroom Samples (sold with documented usage痕迹), Antique Textiles & Rare Materials (sold with condition reports), and Customized Orders.

b) Deep Customization (Size/Fabric/Fill)
Orders for non-standard sizes, fabric mixes, or custom fill weights enter an irreversible production queue once the customer confirms the design and pays the deposit. Modifications, cancellations, or returns are not accepted unless we are unable to fulfill the custom specifications.

c) Smart Climate-Control Bedding (e.g., Water-Heated Pads)
The product is divided into the Textile Component (subject to standard return policy if in Returnable State) and the Smart Device Component, which is covered by a 1-2 year limited hardware warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, liquid ingress, or unauthorized modifications.

d) Pre-Sale & Group Orders (Supply Chain Co-Sharing)
These orders are based on confirmed demand for production. Once entered into the production queue, they cannot be canceled. If a group buy fails due to insufficient participants, a full refund will be issued.

e) Professional Care & Damage Disclaimer
For delicate fabrics (e.g., silk, cashmere, functional fabrics), we provide detailed care guidelines. We are not responsible for damage (shrinkage, distortion, fiber damage) resulting from failure to follow these guidelines. For commercial clients (hotels, B&Bs), warranty requires proof of professional commercial laundering.

4. Mandatory Acknowledgment of Material Science & Product Characteristics
Prior to checkout, customers must confirm they have read and understand key material characteristics (e.g., the “fuzzy” feel of long-staple cotton, the initial stiffness & wrinkling of linen, the natural odor of wool, the temperature sensitivity of memory foam). Returns based on subsequent “unfamiliarity” with these inherent properties are not accepted.

5. Sleep System Compatibility & Disclaimer
We provide guides for measuring mattress thickness and bed frame structure to select correctly fitting items (e.g., mattress protectors, fitted sheets). Returns due to non-compliance with these guides will incur round-trip shipping and a restocking fee.

6. Allergy & Sensitivity
We list potential allergens (e.g., natural latex, down, certain dyes). Customers with sensitivities are strongly advised to request fabric swatches or purchase a trial-sized item first. Returns due to allergic reactions are only accepted if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

7. Return & Refund Process

  2. Pack Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. For eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging that may be single-use, please use your own suitable packaging for the return.

8. Special Programs & Exceptions

  • Trade-In (Upgrade) Program: Accepted old items are assessed per published standards. Once shipped, they become our property. The issued credit coupon is final.
  • Community Co-Creation “Pioneer Tester” Terms: Early supporters agree to provide feedback and acknowledge potential initial batch variations. Only replacements for significant defects are offered.
  • Member Sleep Profile & Personalized Recommendations: Recommendations are based on algorithms and questionnaires, not absolute guarantees. Members dissatisfied with a recommended product may qualify for one restocking-fee-free exchange within the same category.
  • Digital Asset Bundles: If a physical product bundled with a digital asset (e.g., sleep course) is returned, the value of the accessed/activated digital product will be deducted.

9. Final Interpretation & Goodwill Discretion
We recognize the deeply personal nature of sleep products. While we adhere strictly to this policy, bedsheetsique.com reserves the right to make goodwill exceptions and offer tailored solutions in exceptional circumstances (e.g., significant health issues, major quality disputes), reflecting our brand’s commitment to customer care.
